Do I suffer from Mental or emotional illness ?

Are we sufferers of mental or emotional illness ? 

Break the cycle scream out not in

Thirdly the meaning of Emotional illness : any mental disorder not caused by detectable organic abnormalities of the brain and in which a major disturbance of emotions is predominant. 

Emotional happiness imo is best described by www.healthline.com Mental-health   

" Consists of having physical health, intellectual challenges, close family ties, engaging social relationships, and perhaps some kind of spiritual connection "

And in turn & time,  everyone of us will be confronted with profound challenges from time to time—job loss, legal problems, divorce, injury or illness, and bereavement. These situations can be devastating. Such setbacks are often accompanied by financial reversals, such as bankruptcy or home foreclosure. But these experiences of loss, disappointment, and misfortune help us appreciate what—and who—we have.

Most of the time, we bounce back from adversity. The degree to which we're able to do so is called resilience. But sometimes a person lacks the support system or inner resources to rally after a hard blow. Depression, an anxiety disorder, or some other mental illness may follow. Its at this time we need to get help ring your GP, just go and talk to someone,  counselling will help , go online or even walk into a voluntary mental health organisation shame on them if they turn you away! 
 Do this before you start  self treating yourself by drinking, using drugs, self-harm suicide, even if you have started self treating break the cycle reach out for help and keep reaching out. 
keep fighting the negatives within your mind.   


For me I would love to see a simplified approach to mental or emotional illness where all local community centers have drop in clinics for screenings by professional counselling or just a chat to guide you in the right direction to your GP or voluntary organisations involved in mental health..  Plus a 24hr call service and on-line services with professional counsellors on the other line when you call and not the scripted unemotional response we get from some services also at present most services are 9 to 5 for ?????? which is a disgrace the less I say the better for now..
