Meditation for a racing mind no matter how you are feeling.
Stare at the flame of the candle below, inhale through your nose till the air fills your belly.
Exhale as if you are blowing the light of your worry away.
Repeat
As your thoughts become clearer the flame of the candle will start to move gently
when this starts to happen you will be able to slow down yours thoughts to have a clearer mind frame in which to deal with your racing mind.
